This is your opportunity to meet other Emerson families and to talk with the teachers and directors. The newly-formed PAC (Parent Advisory Committee) will also be there for you to meet.

We Did It!

Thanks to our families' generous donations, Emerson Academy has filled our first food barrel for the Round Rock Serving Center! They will be picking up the food today, and we can start again. Thank you for your donations thus far, they will certainly be appreciated by families in the surrounding area.





Let's fill another one! The contest ends August 14th!

Wacky Wednesdays

Emerson Academy is beginning Wacky Wednesdays next week! Each Wednesday one teacher from each class will switch classrooms for the day. This will give a chance for our kiddos to meet other teachers and for the teachers to see what it's like in other classrooms!

Each Wednesday will also be themed. Next Wednesday's theme is Wacky Hair Day. We're so excited to see what our families come up with! Be creative and have fun!
We'll be sure to take lots of pictures.

Food Drive

Our barrel is half full (or is it half empty??) Thank you to those who have already donated food for the Round Rock Serving Center. So far the Turtle Class is in the lead with 30 items donated!

Food Drive!

Dear Parents,

Emerson Academy is partnering with Kaleidoscope Toys to help our community! From now until August 15th, we will be collecting food for the Round Rock Area Serving Center. This food pantry serves Round Rock, Hutto, and Wells Branch. We are asking all families to donate their non-perishable food items so that we can help people in our area.

If Kaleidoscope Toys collects 10 barrels of food from the community, they will donate $500 to the Serving Center! We hope to help them in this endeavor.

To make it even more fun, Emerson is making this donation event a competition amongst our families. The class that donates the most non-perishable food items will get an ice cream party!

Donations can be given to your child’s teacher or placed in the donation barrel.
